CLEAR on PRA, EIC, CNM, MCD, CMS, HNPK, CT, RD/OSD, SK2 & Stargardt.  Dilute Clear.  Carries chocolate & yellow.

A little about Olive:

She recently just had her fourth birthday.  Olive was bred and raised here. She is AKC champion pointed (has earned points towards her American Championship). She has also earned her Temperament Test Title.

Olive is housebroken and properly crate/kennel conditioned therefore she is completely fine with the use of either when situations require their use (boarding, travel, Vet). Obedience trained (Sit, Down, Here, Heel, Back, Stand, Stay, and much more). 

She is a take anywhere, do anything with kind of dog. Solid temperament. Absolutely NO separation anxiety. Travels great. Is fine with RV and Motel.  Never resource guards toys or food. A toddler can take her favorite chew away and she will never react in a negative manner.  Is groomed regularly, is fine with HV dryers and nails being filed. She is BOMB PROOF.

Acclimated to dog shows, dog training events, being taken in public, great with children, other pets.  She has plenty of pep in her step if you are active/outdoors type but at the same time, she has a wonderful off-switch in the house. 

Olive has ALL of her required health clearances.  What does that mean?  Her Hips and Elbows were xrayed and submitted to the Orthopedic Foundation for animals (A group of Orthopedic Vets). Her hips passed with an Excellent Rating certification. Her Elbows passed with a “normal” certification.  Her heart was examined by a board certified Veterinary Cardiologist by Auscultation AND Echocardiogram and is certified normal (No heart disease or defects).  Her eyes have been examined by a board certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist and are Normal (no defects or diseases).  Her DNA was tested for various genetic diseases that are inherent in Labradors and she is CLEAR of all. 

Olive has also been spayed. She will be UTD on all inoculations including rabies, yearly heartworm test and Labs done BEFORE leaving for a new home.  She is very healthy. Never any ailments, injuries, sickness or allergies.
