I used 1/2 cup of almond flour...changes the carb count, but not too much. I also used every spice in the cupboard that fit with salmon, including curry and dill, thyme, celery seed, etc...didn't use any italian spices or garlic. They were delish made to my own spice preferences.
]]>You could try using the same amount in a mixed blend of 3 parts almond flour and 1 part coconut flour. I haven't tried it with anything other than pork rinds, but it should work.
]]>How much coconut flour or almond flour would you use in place if the pork rinds?
]]>Hi Lisa,
Made these for the 3rd time this evening. Found the recipe a few weeks ago. Soooo good! My teens love them, hubby too. Thanks so much for sharing such a great recipe!
Tasted really good! Quick and easy to make, no fishy taste... but fell apart when forming into patties. Will try adding another egg next time. I drained the salmon and removed ALL excess water, which is probably why. Thanks!
